Floraïku — Flying South

Vibe: Tropical • juicy • creamy • clean • sun-kissed
This is summer vacation in a bottle: juicy melon, bright citrus, creamy coconut and hibiscus over a smooth musky-amber base. Floraïku describes it around Makuwa melon, hibiscus and musk.

Gender: Unisex, with a slight feminine lean because of the sweet melon and hibiscus. I still think this is completely wearable on a man, especially if you like tropical fruity scents.

Longevity: About 5–7 hours, but performance seems skin-dependent. Parfumo currently has it at 6.9/10 longevity and 6.2/10 sillage; individual reviews range from fairly soft to very long-lasting.

Notes:
Top: Lemon, mandarin, coconut
Heart: Makuwa melon, hibiscus, Georgywood
Base: Amber, musk
Floraïku also mentions ambrette seed as contributing to the floral/musky character.

What does it smell like?
The star is that juicy melon. Think ripe cantaloupe/Makuwa melon with mandarin and lemon giving it sparkle, then creamy coconut and tropical hibiscus. As it dries down, the fruit becomes softer and you’re left with a sweet, clean, slightly woody musk.

Similar to: Xerjoff Erba Pura is the most notable community comparison, but Flying South appears lighter, creamier and more tropical, without the same dense fruit-bomb effect. Some wearers describe it almost like Erba Pura crossed with a tropical coconut/melon fragrance.
